We are a state-of-art practice while still retaining the feel and comfort of a hometown generational family practice, the patient comes first and optimal care is always what we provide. We believe our hygiene team should work directly on developing a whole mouth approach to care not just a “prophy” and in order for us to make you successful we have developed a treatment model that includes assisted hygiene, state of the art equipment, and all safety precautions so you can feel safe and supported in your patient care.

DUTIES
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide preventive dental care
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as necessary
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing instruments and materials
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, CAD)
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid state dental hygiene license
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency in using dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, CAD)
- Familiarity with dental assisting techniques and procedures
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
