Family Practice

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team.

• Outpatient practice with optional inpatient services

• We offer flexible schedules and a robust clinical team incorporating Advanced Practice Clinicians, Registered Nurses, Clinical Assistants, Pharm Ds, Behavioral Health Specialists, and General Surgery Outreach
• Clinic attached to a 16-bed critical access hospital with an emergency department and a 33-bed nursing home
• Emergency providers are available 24/7, and we utilize a tele-hospitalist/APP model for inpatient care
• Swing bed/transitional care unit available
• Current practice consists of 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• On-site lab, radiology, physical therapy, hospital pharmacy, and cardiac rehab facilities
• Established patient base
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility in scheduling
• EPIC electronic medical record system
• Newer clinic building with private offices
• No call required for this position
