What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Orders Specialist position at Brivo?
About the Role
As the Sales Orders Specialist, based in Bethesda, you will provide customer service and develop relationships over the phone to resolve any queries from our customers and colleagues. You will handle customer purchase orders, enter them into the system and track customer shipments.
In this customer-centric role, you will also:
- Respond to email and phone inquiries from resellers and others in a timely manner.
- Enter sales orders accurately as well as ensure correct fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all Brivo offerings
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge and sales skills to professionally represent Brivo in the market
About You
- 1 years of sales order processing and sales administration experience
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be technically inclined and solutions-oriented
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, MS Office, and NetSuite
- Must have the ability to train and explain technical concepts
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
