Role Overview
The Sales Manager - Acquisitions will oversee lead generation, deal flow, and team performance within the Value-Add Division. This role involves managing Business Development Representatives (BDRs), setting acquisition strategies, and driving revenue growth through property acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire value-add real estate opportunities.
• Lead and manage the BDR team, setting goals and tracking performance.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure deal alignment.
• Track and report on pipeline volume, deal conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisitions (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to generate and close deals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
