## Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The Host/Host will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.
## Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the establishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and waiting areas
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to handle guest transactions
## Requirements
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset to help create a welcoming atmosphere
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $8.50 per hour
