The Digital Producer is responsible for managing digital projects from inception through completion. The position requires the ability to coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, prioritize project tasks and a firm understanding of interactive best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account team, digital strategists, and technology lead to determine scope and project requirements.
- Define resource needs and create project estimates, plans and timelines.
- Prioritize project tasks and manage independent deliverables of the project team to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Manage efforts of outside production partners.
- Manage quality assurance and testing efforts.
- Assist in solidifying processes and establishing best practices for interactive projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing digital projects and coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and experience in web development and digital campaign execution/coordination.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into layperson’s terms.
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Must possess a working knowledge of all components of interactive work from information architecture to server deployment.
- Must be knowledgeable of Web technologies such as Wordpress and HTML to effectively communicate with vendors and staff and to properly spec out and manage project components.
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront and Jira are a plus.
- Must be comfortable without a guidebook due to the innovative nature of digital work.
