Description

The IT Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support mission-critical decisions. This position involves analyzing complex datasets, creating reports and dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to improve information delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR); an authorized alternate must be designated for any absences.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or other platforms.
• Analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and deliver recommendations to leadership.
• Translate technical data into user-friendly formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• -Support continuous process improvement initiatives across IT and operational teams.
• Ensure data integrity and assist with data governance best practices.
• Respond to technical inquiries or problem resolutions within two hours during business hours.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in business intelligence, C5I, engineering, or IT-related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to collect, clean, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Experience using knowledge management tools and interpreting technical documentation.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in or supporting government or defense organizations.
• Familiarity with data modeling and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Understanding of IT operations and reporting frameworks.
