Job Description
Broadstep Inc. is currently seeking a full-time, 1st shift Building & Maintenance Specialist to perform Building and Maintenance duties in our Upstate SC area programs supporting persons with Developmental Disabilities / Mental Illness.
Job Purpose
The Building and Maintenance Specialist is responsible to maintain the physical sites, including but not limited to:
- finish carpentry
- minor plumbing
- light fixture installation
- installation of laminate
- ceramic tile
- hardwood flooring
- Interior and exterior painting
- knowledge and experience to trouble-shoot electrical
- assess heating and air conditioning mechanical issues
