What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Of House Manager/Bartender position at Broadway Brewery?
Broadway Brewery is looking for a front-of-house manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft beer and farm-to-table dining as well as a genuine ability to connect with both staff and customers. The person filling this role will be required to do a roughly 50/50 mix of bartending and managing shifts.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience in a full service restaurant with at least one year bartending and some supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day activities in the front of house
- Lead service on the floor
- Expediting during busy service
- Administration tasks related to front of house
- Training new staff
- Cover bar shifts/management shifts
- Be proficient bartending in high volume
Requirements
- At least 1 year of full service restaurant bartending experience
- Flexible schedule and willingness to cover shifts as needed
- Weekend availability
- Comfortable in fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Strong communication and leadership skills
