What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Liaison position at Brock & Scott PLLC?
Client Relations Liaison will be responsible for:
- Monthly/Bi-weekly client reconciliation reports sent to select clients and daily client workloads distributed internally to staff
- 18 monthly reports, 3 bi-monthly report, and 2 daily reports
- Monthly reports for various clients: (mixture will consist of foreclosures/bankruptcy/litigation updates – reports vary between automated or manual.)
- Preparing the agenda for Client Relations recurring weekly calls and distributing to all teammates. As well as, taking notes and sending out the weekly recap to Operations and Firm Partners.
- Monitor state lender service email boxes and ensure all client escalations are responded to through collaboration with applicable state team and Operations and complete follow ups as needed.
- Work in conjunction with Client Relations Manager to problem solve any client escalations brought to our attention or identified through internal review and auditing. And internal call preparation and scorecard review/recon prior to client monthly performance reviews.
- Assist with monitoring and reviewing reports provided by our internal department regarding specific scorecard metrics. (For example: document control, quality and milestone step completion for select clients.)
- Conducting outreach to new clients for the purpose of obtaining the necessary info to create client codes, setting up new client codes within our internal software with the assistance and oversight of each Client Relations Manager.
- Assisting/handling any new tasks and/or requirements, as needed, upon review by Client Relations Managers during normal business procedures and new client onboarding.

Education/Licensure/Credentials Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Required: 1-2 years of data entry experience
Special Knowledge/Skills Required: Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ability to create spreadsheets in excel, leadership skills, problem-solving and decision making skills, the ability to plan and organize well, ability to meet goals, time management skills, perform well under pressure, and able to maintain a good office environment
