PROGRAM MANAGER JOB SUMMARY
Work in a home environment helping individuals develop connections and meaningful relationships in their community. Support individuals with developing new skills so they can be independent, happy and successful. Oversee all aspects of the program including coordination of care and supports, as well as program operations. Provide ongoing supervision, training and professional development of staff. Perform duties with a team approach and work in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, direct care and administrative support staff, nurses, and upper management, as applicable.
