SUBJECT: Early College and Dual Enrollment Support Facilitator (EC-SF)
The position is grant funded.
The BPS Early College and Dual Enrollment Program delivers instruction through in-person and virtual courses led by college faculty. Support Facilitators assist students throughout the program and communicate with college faculty as needed. Courses are held during the school day, typically Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities
• Commit to supporting an Early College or Dual Enrollment cohort for the full semester
• On college-instruction days, Support Facilitators will:
o Assist college faculty with student engagement and coursework support
o Monitor student learning and classroom routines
• On non-college instructional days, Support Facilitators will:
o Guide students through assignments and college-going expectations
• Maintain regular communication with the college instructor and program staff
• Conduct periodic student check-ins during and after school
Compensation
• Stipend of $2,000.00 per semester for work completed outside the regular school day, including after-school planning sessions, coordination with college faculty, and student follow-up
