JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products. The position will be required to meet operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Adheres to Brodstone Healthcare’s Mission, Vision and Values.

- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
- Adheres to service agreement, prepares and coaches the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.
- Keeps equipment operational by following operating instructions. Inspects and initiates repair to assure equipment is in proper operation mode.
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers; markets seasonal promotions and new franchise product lines.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, restocking coffee brewing equipment and supplies. Assists in the process of ordering of supplies through food distributor and franchise supplies.
- Follows departmental standards and state/federal food codes.
- Operates point-of-sale system and understands proper cash handling procedures.
- Adheres to all Brodstone Brew policies and standards.
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings / in-services, Brodstone Healthcare quality improvement program, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary : $19,800 - $25,100
