What Does the RN Do?
- Follow Physician orders and provide detailed assessment data for quality resident care
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Document any change in patients’ condition, notify Physician, supervisor and document
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions

Evening Shift Schedule Description:
- Work for 4 consecutive days (2:00pm-10:00pm)
- 4 consecutive days off following the work period
Night Shift Schedule Description:
- Work for 4 consecutive days
- 2 days: 12-hour shifts (6:00pm - 6:00am)
- 2 days: 8-hour shifts (10:00pm - 6:00am)
- 4 consecutive days off following the work period
Requirements:
- Have a current state RN License.
- 1-year experience as an RN, in a community-based care setting (preferred).
- Follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
- Must pass criminal background check.
- RN students who meet certain criteria may be considered for this position!
