Job Title : Receptionist

Department : Office

Reports to : Office Manager

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Salary : 16.50 Hourly

Hours : Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 4 : 15pm to 10pm. Hours may change depending on the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities will include the following :

  • Greeting members / program participants / community constituents.
  • Answering questions from members / program participants / community constituents.
  • Answering a multi-line switch board.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • One year of office work is required.
