- Lead and supervise teams (4 team members) across six locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with management to set operational objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Perform location-specific audits, training, and support.
