Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about tanning services and products
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tanning beds and salon area
- Educate customers on safe tanning practices and recommend appropriate tanning sessions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of tanning equipment, products, and procedures
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain tanning options and answer customer questions
- Attention to detail to ensure proper sanitization of tanning beds and salon area
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Note: A Estheticians license is not required for this position, but knowledge or experience in esthetics may be beneficial for providing additional beauty-related advice or recommendations to customers.
