The Office Administrator has a high-profile position within our community. Being the first point of contact to our residents, vendors, and others, the Administrator has to possess an ability to communicate effectively, keep the office neat and organized, and be courteous at all times. The Office Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining a cordial impression appropriate to the image of the property, receiving all telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate party or providing assistance, assisting with office correspondence, filing, and administrative tasks as required for the property.
