Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has excelled as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role and is ready to take the next step in their career. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy, focusing on Graphic Design, Branding, Digital Marketing, and project management.
Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design & Branding:
o Develop and maintain a cohesive and visually compelling brand identity.
o Design marketing collateral, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Digital Marketing:
o Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
o Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
o Oversee website content updates and enhancements to improve user experience and lead generation.
- Project Management:
o Coordinate marketing initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
o Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies.
o Track budgets and resources for marketing projects.
- Leadership & Growth:
o Build and lead a high-performing marketing team over time.
o Mentor junior team members and provide professional development opportunities.
o Contribute to long-term marketing strategies and departmental growth plans.
o Content Creation & Campaigns:
o Develop creative campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
o Produce engaging content tailored to various audiences and platforms.

Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
· Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
· Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and develop data-driven strategies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A proactive, creative, and self-motivated mindset with the ambition to grow into a leadership role.
