We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our growing team at a dynamic recruiting firm. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition strategy, with a primary emphasis on proactive professional outreach and developing new business opportunities within the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with highly qualified technical talent through direct outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across a range of technology domains, tailoring outreach strategies to meet client needs.
- Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with potential clients, leveraging market knowledge and networking skills for business expansion.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand evolving talent requirements and deliver customized recruiting solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive intelligence, informing both candidate outreach and business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, candidate interactions, and recruitment metrics to support reporting and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, experience with business development is highly desirable.
- Strong sourcing skills, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other digital networking tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated track record in generating and developing new business partnerships.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
