We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including managing AR, managing AP, staff trainings, and payroll . The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
