Responsibilities include, helping patients navigate requests for information, assisting patients and customers with obtaining their medical records, analyzing patient medical records for accuracy and completeness, and providing support for Authorizations and Credentialing as needed.

- Meditech / Expanse experience helpful
- Self-motivated and task oriented
- Ability to work independently
