We're looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to lead sales execution and retail marketing efforts across the Southern region of USA for Brooklyn Bottling Brands. You’ll be working with our distributors, and sales accounts. Ensuring Proper shelf positioning, promotional displays as well as handling pricing models. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) beverage sales, distributor, and wholesaler management.

- Salary: Starting at $65,000

What You’ll Do
Distributor & Retail Network Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Our regional distributors.
- Monitor performance metrics (sales volume, coverage, compliance).
- Conduct training, ride-alongs, and joint business planning with distributor partners.
- Support and grow retail accounts including supermarkets, convenience chains, and independents.
- Ensure effective product placement, planogram adherence, and promotional execution.
- Lead merchandising efforts to increase brand visibility and availability.
- Audit stores regularly to ensure brand standards are met.
