About the Role
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing direct outreach campaigns, managing candidate pipelines, and building strong relationships with high-potential professionals. This role requires an individual who is highly proactive, confident in cold outreach, and capable of driving meaningful conversations that convert passive talent into active candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 50 outbound cold calls to engage passive candidates.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for key roles.
- Drive direct engagement strategies, including follow-ups and strategic relationship-building.
- Manage and track candidate interactions and conversion rates to optimize recruitment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in cold-calling, outbound sales, business development, or recruitment sourcing.
- Experience in recruiting management consultants.
- Proven ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with high-value prospects.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, or outbound calling tools is a plus.
