Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at a small apartment community located in Belle Meade. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of this beautiful property tucked away in a great location. As a one-person office, this position includes all of the daily property management duties - leasing, management, oversight of interior renovations, admin duties, etc.

- Minimum 2 years multi-family experience in the A-Class Nashville market.

- Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
