Where You’ll Be: Ideally based in Spartanburg or Greenville, SC, you’ll travel to properties as needed, stepping in to drive leasing success and support onsite teams.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead leasing efforts and meet occupancy goals
- Train and mentor onsite leasing teams
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
- Support marketing initiatives and collections
- Ensure top-notch resident service and communication
- Jump in where you’re needed—every day is different!
What You’ll Need:
- 3 years of multi-family leasing experience
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- High energy, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Experience with Entrata is a bonus
- Must be able to travel extensively as needed
