What we require:
- Minimum 5 years multi-family experience/2 years as a property manager. Large property experience is also preferred.
- South Carolina Property Manager License required.
- Large scale renovations experience preferred.
- High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
- Ability to motivate and train a large team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.
- Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
- Experience with Entrata is preferred.
What you are expected to provide:
- Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.e. the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.
- Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
- Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.
- Conducting daily physical inspections of the property
- Supervising the office and maintenance staff.
- Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.
