Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and technically adept Techno-Functional Solution Lead with expertise in digital marketing platforms for a leading medical device organization. This role is deeply technical, focusing on building, integrating, and maintaining robust digital marketing solutions within a regulated, compliance-driven environment. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing solutions across platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Marketo, and Highspot. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms. This position is key to enabling scalable, compliant, and data-driven marketing operations while aligning with enterprise application strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership :
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for digital marketing technologies, with deep expertise in Adobe, Marketo, and Highspot.
• Design, implement, and manage integrations between marketing platforms and core enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses).
• Lead the technical configuration, customization, and optimization of marketing automation platforms.
• Solution Architecture & Development :
• Architect solutions to optimize marketing workflows, lead generation, and sales enablement.
• Build scalable data pipelines to support campaign analytics and reporting in collaboration with the data team.
• Compliance and Governance :
• Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory standards, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and GDPR.
• Implement robust data security and privacy protocols for marketing platforms and integrations.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all technical configurations and solutions.
