Under general direction, this position is responsible for the leadership and support of all the functional operations of the Student Financial Services area of the College, which include Bursar, Cashiering, Financial Aid, Veteran’s Benefits and Student Accounts,.
This position is responsible for improving student financial services and responsiveness by creating a flexible, information-abundant, compliant, customer service environment that addresses the needs of students, parents and the College. Ensures regulatory compliance for all activities relating to Student Financial Services for the institution. Also, the incumbent will provide leadership to sustain fully functional student finance systems and business intelligence software used by the college for processing and analyzing financial aid and financial information of the college. Performs related work as directed
Minimum Education:
- Master's degree in Accounting, Business or a related subject required.
Minimum Experience/Training
- Ten years of progressively responsible and knowledgeable experience at a professional level in accounting, finance, or financial aid including over eight years in management and five years in higher education.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Preferred: FAAC certification from NAS
Salary Range: $110,500 - $125,500 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
