Directs preparation and maintenance of patient clinical records.
Education:
- Associate
- in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
- Two Years experience required
Credentials:
- Registered Nurse
- BLS and ACLS required
**Hire-On/Retention Bonus of $15,000.00** (1 year experience required)
