Income Potential: Base Commission

This role is designed as a structured-on ramp into a full New Home Specialist position. As a New Home Specialist Associate, you'll work closely alongside an experienced NHS, taking on associate-level responsibilities while learning the full scope of the role – from the sales process and client experience to systems, and product knowledge. As you build mastery and consistency, you'll transition into a high-performing, commission-based New Home Specialist at Brown Haven Homes.
