Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Tech to join our team. As a Lawn Care Tech, you will play a vital role in maintaining our clients' lawns and ensuring their satisfaction. From mowing and trimming to hedge work and more. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for outdoor work and take pride in delivering exceptional results. You will work along side other team members and report to a lead member day to day. This work could be alone and up to a crew of 4 at times.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn care maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and tools, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns professionally
- Maintain records of lawn care activities and communicate progress to supervisor
- Collaborate efficiently with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lawn Care Tech or similar role for two plus years
- In-depth knowledge of lawn care maintenance techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally friendly work environment
