Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience practicing at a law firm or in a clerkship with a proven interest in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency law. Ideal candidates will have experience with Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases and litigation, including motion practice. Experience without-of-court workouts, receiverships and UCC Article 9 foreclosures a plus. Excellent academic performance, strong writing, research and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment required.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note, this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. Salary will range between $207,500 - $230,000, depending on experience. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and matching contributions, profit sharing contributions and paid time off.
