Description
The TPL / Posting Specialist will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions and maintaining ledger accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The role requires exceptional communication skills, responding to attorney inquiries and providing assistance.
- Post chargebacks in ARMS PRO system
- Perform daily activities of posting electronic payments and all zero pay explanation of benefits (EOBS)
- Daily review of lockbox for deposited checks, ensuring payments are promptly posted in Ledger Posting within a 24-hour timeframe
- Post transactions in Casualty module
- Post manual payments in Ledger Posting
- Review all deposits and transactions on a daily basis, identify issues and/or trends
- Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing monthly posting file
- Composing letters to attorneys, either to request additional information or to confirm the receipt of payments
- Fielding phone calls from attorney’s offices
- Maintaining incoming fax workflow

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management
