BCGL LLC, a growing entrepreneurial Lancaster law firm, has an immediate opening for a transactional associate with 2 to 6 plus years experience. Areas of practice for this partnership track position include : mergers & acquisitions, complex financing transactions for lenders and borrowers, and commercial real estate transactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and social intelligence required. A strong desire to learn and the ability to work collaboratively and handle client work independently in a fast-paced environment is necessary as is the willingness to become integrated into a dynamic business community. Strong academic record required. Compensation begins at $140,000 for 2 to 3 years experience and increases based on experience. Bonus opportunities available.
