- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, taking payments, filing claims among many other duties.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based fact-finding process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customers' needs while promoting our business's development.
- A genuine interest in a career in the Insurance & Financial Services Industry.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred but not required.
