As one of our Traffic Signal Technicians, you are a valuable part of our success collaborating with the team to deliver "Beyond the Expected" results.

The Work:

• Commit to safe work there is nothing more important!
• Perform highly skilled installations, repair and maintenance of traffic control devices
• Read schematics and blueprints to diagnose problems
• Troubleshoot and restore operation to streetlights, telephone poles, and other electrical systems
• Conduct field inspections and investigate complaints regarding malfunctioning equipment
• Evaluate, design, and construct tests of new equipment
• Install new overhead traffic signals and streetlight equipment using an aerial lift truck
• Conduct preventative maintenance for overhead signal, cabinet, school flasher and other ITS devices
• Other duties as assigned

Here's What You Need:

• 3 years Traffic Signal Technician experience
• Strong knowledge of technical expertise in the installation and repair of streetlight systems
• Excellent Computer Aptitude

Bonus Points if You Have:

• IMSA Certification
• Class B or Class A CDL
• Knowledge of MDOT and/or VDOT regulations
• Training and/or experience using the National Electrical Code (NEC)
