Job Summary:
Assists the Modernization and New Center Sales in selling capital equipment to bowling centers in the United States

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Helps sell Brunswick capital equipment by working with modernization area sales managers in telemarketing existing bowling centers to identify and qualify leads for the sale of capital equipment products.

Work with Capital Equipment Modernization Sales Management to create and implement an inside sales program for the sale of Modernization Capital Equipment.

Works with modernization area sales managers to complete the sale of Brunswick capital equipment products for opportunities that do not require an area sales manager center visit.

Reviews incoming New Start Inquiry leads and works with VP of Sales on assigning leads to a New Business Consultant

Works with modernization areas sales managers to complete market share reports in specific sales territories with the goal of recording accurate market share and identifying and documenting losses to competition and opportunities for the sale of capital equipment products.

Works with Placer.ai to prepare demographic studies for both New Centers and Modernization customers.

Assists the capital equipment modernization sales force by following up by phone with center promotions and special offers.

Assists the capital equipment modernization sales force and customer care specialist by identifying and reporting customer satisfaction issues that are open issues and are hindering future sales of Brunswick capital equipment.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
Experience
- 3-5 years successful sales experience or customer contact experience.
- 3 years successful management experience in setting up and managing an inside sales group.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office and any other software used by the capital equipment modernization sales force. Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with internal Brunswick software systems including but not limited to OCS (Salesforce like).
- Must be a self starter and able to function with limited supervision.
- Some travel will be necessary, especially during initial training.
- Previous successful bowling industry experience can be helpful but is not required.
Education Level
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in sales, marketing or a related discipline preferred
