Job Summary:
Brunswick Bowling Products is a global technology provider to bowling centers, family entertainment centers, bars, and other hospitality venues. We design and build powerful systems – including point of sale, automated scoring, cloud-based marketing systems, and apps. Brunswick is seeking a Product Advocate to join its growing and passionate team.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities |

Assume primary responsibility for the successful presentation and education on Sync and Brunswick technologies. Primary presentations will be for strategic customers and industry events. Assists key international distributors in presentations and education for their customers or staff. Quarterly/Periodic training webinars for general Sync audience. |

Assume secondary responsibility for the adoption/use of Sync Scoring, POS, Management and Marketing features/functionalities after initial training has been completed. Facilitates periodic check-ins with strategic customers and reviews current account status. |

Create and maintain end user training content materials for Sync and other Brunswick technologies. |

Provide feedback to Product Management on Enhancements, Bugs, and general customer response. Maintain and enhance technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Provide training and support systems as directed by supervisor. Maintain general trends within the entertainment industry and feed that information back in to improvements for Brunswick |
