Brunswick Veterinary Hospital, an AAHA-accredited practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and their families, is seeking a Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

About the Position:
The Lead CSR is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk team. You will ensure smooth and efficient client interactions while fostering a professional and compassionate environment. As the face of our hospital, you will set the tone for client experiences and play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is required.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service and care.
- Proficiency with veterinary practice management software; Impromed experience is a plus!
