RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales growth for Brunton’s diverse product lines in the U.S. and internationally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer accounts.
- Provide product education and order support to accounts.
- Lead and inspire regional sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Recruit and train new sales representatives in underserved regions.
- Assist in setting up new customer accounts in NetSuite ERP and Envoy B2B platforms.
- Oversee sales platforms such as Envoy, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Address MAP and 3rd party seller violations.
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors and pricing.
- Plan and attend trade shows and events both domestically and internationally.
- Organize annual sales meetings for reps and key accounts.
- Support sales data analysis, forecasting and demand planning.
- Collaborate with the production, customer support, warehouse, and marketing teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Work closely with marketing team on product rollouts, campaigns, product and sales support materials, content and collateral needs, and events
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Proven experience in DTC and B2B sales and account management.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong ability to manage, coach and motivate sales representatives.
- Passion for Brunton products and brand.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.

Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
