Supervise and evaluate home health aides to ensure quality of care.
Stay updated on new standards and practices, incorporating them into patient care.
Qualifications Required
Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Diploma Certificate in Nursing
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) Certification
At least six (6) months of RN experience or one (1) year of LPN experience (home care or hospice experience preferred)
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
IV Certification
Required Skills
Strong assessment, planning, and critical thinking abilities.
Proficiency in documenting patient care accurately and timely.
