Job Description
We are an Internal Medicine division of a large multi-specialty group, seeking an independent, capable and kind Nurse Practitioner, preferably with a special interest in the geriatric population, to join our Practice. Our candidate must be independent and willing to travel between local facilities. Candidate should be able to provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Rehabilitation or Assisted Living setting, prioritize tasks and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; basic computer skills, demonstrated organizational skills and multi-tasking required. Experience is preferred. Salary will be determined commensurate with experience. Extensive benefits provided by the larger practice group.
