Responsibilities
- The Wound Care Registered Nurse will be accountable for the health status and for health needs of patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
- The Registered Nurse will assists with daily clinic operations in a wound care setting, including assessing patients, assisting physicians, patient triage, medication administration, and a wide variety of duties, as needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Current License as RN in the State of Texas
- High School (or GED equivalent) diploma.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Previous acute care experience
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support Certification (ACLS).
A Current WCC Certification.
