What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper/Laundry Aide position at BSG Maintenance Inc?
Be a part of a winning team that has been in business for 30 years. BSG Maintenance is hiring for Housekeepers. We provide exceptional cleaning services for long term care facilities, hospitals and nursing homes. BSG Maintenance is in partnership with Manitowoc Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Daytime shifts available; 25-40 hours a week. Must be flexible to scheduling needs to support our residents.
The housekeeper's key responsibilities are to maintain a clean environment for the residents.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, bathrooms, resident living and dining areas
- Trash Disposal; Mopping; Empty wastebaskets
- Must be trustworthy and adhere to confidentiality concerning residents' health conditions; Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and other staff.
- Support processing laundry when needed.
- Comply with the Residents' Rights and Community Policies and Procedures.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Have a desire to work with the elderly.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Willingness to perform repetitive job duties.
- Must be prompt and adhere to scheduled hours.
