Work Summary:
Under supervision, assist with activities of daily living. Assists with and documents established services objective logs, leisure and community integrated activities. Possesses skills necessary to work with individuals with aggressive and/ or self-abusive behaviors in a responsible care giving style. Will be responsible for maintenance of assigned work area. BSW operates on the philosophy of Zero Tolerance for Abuse and Neglect and any such occurrence will be reported according to policy. Will maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving in a professional and courteous manner with consumers, families, guardians, advocates, co-workers, and other service providers. Must be able to lift/carry 25pounds or more. Driving members to and from group home/day program as well as transporting for appointments and outings.
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 8a-4p
Wage: $17.00/hour

Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Valid Montana Drivers license and the ability to be covered by BSW insurance.
3. Willingness to attend specialized training as assigned.
4. Maintain required certifications.
