Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman / Maintenance professional to work part time in exchange for Room and board. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities through a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. Experience in roof and siding repair, pluming, electrical heating and cooling. Hours are flexible and can be done around schedule of existing job.
Duties
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heating.
- Repair and replace fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, and flooring as needed to maintain high standards of safety and appearance.
- Conduct residential painting projects to enhance property aesthetics and maintain property value.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within manufacturing or residential environments.
