Essential Responsibilities: MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES
Responsibilities
- Provide solution administration support for the Windows server systems in a multi-platform environment
- Provide on-site VIP Support for Executives
- Extensive off-hour VIP Support and other urgent cases
- Working as Tier 2 level technical support
- Experience with SCCM on Image deployment from client side
- High-level troubleshooting technique on AD, Events, and Systems
- Support in-house security solution management
- Provide technical support in using these Windows domain tools:
- Active Directory Users and Computers
- Active Directory Services
- Domain Group Policy Experience
- Domain Name System (DNS) Server
- Must have MDM/EMM support experience
- Must have Corporate MacOS/MacBook support experience

Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3-years of Corporate Desktop Support or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Must have strong speaking and writing skills
- Must have onsite & remote Executive support
- Must be able to travel within US up to 10% of work time
- VDI support experience is a plus
- Linux experience is a plus
