Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Bubba's Gourmet Burghers and Beer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service within the front-of-house area. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and provide ongoing training.

Customer Service:

• Oversee the execution of exceptional customer service standards.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Operational Excellence:

• Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and guest flow.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the dining area.

Training and Development:

• Implement training programs for front-of-house staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Inventory and Supplies:

• Work closely with the management team to monitor and control inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary supplies.

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Enforce health and safety standards to create a secure environment for both customers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with local health department regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
