What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trimmer/Harvester position at Bubba's Kush?
We are currently seeking independent contractors to work in our Harvest/Trimming Department. We are a busy small indoor Recreational/Medical Cannabis grow facility looking for new teammates who are punctual, reliable and willing to work well with others.
You must have a current badge issued by the Marijuana Enforcement Division of Colorado (https://sbg.colorado.gov/marijuana-employee-license)
As a contractor for the Harvest/Trimming Department you are:
- Expected to trim dried cannabis at good rates of speed while maintaining a premium quality result. A bonus structure is in place to incentivize trimmers to reach daily goals. All equipment will be provided to you to get the job done correctly.
- Required to assist with de-fanning the mature plants coming down on harvest day. After de-fanning, you will also help hang the individual plants for drying.
-Required to do various cleaning duties including but not limited to; pot cleaning, floors, bathrooms, breakroom area, and trim area.
Experience is a plus but not necessary. You must have attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We are hoping to find energetic, hardworking, and loyal new members to add to our growing team. Please note that this is a contract position, and you will be engaged as an independent contractor, not an employee.
Operating hours are 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri with some Sat-Sun availability (or as needed)
